I'm running signed 0.13a on a Nokia E70, and trying to use the GSM CellID without GPS to get my location etc, as outlined at www.symbianos.org I have downloaded maps for my current location to my phone successfully.

From the Named tab, when I try the Options/Named/Download and select only the GSM Cells Upload/Download with no username/password, nothing is downloaded, and I get a message Download Failed. The same error occurs when I put in a username/password as well.

Can you help? It looks like there is nothing to be downloaded. Please let me know if there is any additional info I can provide.
