Bug Name: CellID's upload does not work

Bug Report: The upload of new CellID's to celldb.org does not work.

When doing an 'upload' from the annotation/named items view that includes the CellID's, after a while I get the message 'download failed'. When verfying the cellid on the celldb.org the cellid is not found in the database.

I tried to manually upload the cellid to celldb.org and it worked.
